Effective Systems Innovations (ESI) was instrumental in facilitating program development, practice improvement, workforce development, and quality management for our human services programs. More specifically, ESI guided a renaissance of our programs, helping to create a campus identity, which included establishing realistic performance measures to ensure our programs are engaged in data-driven practices.

Similarly but separately, Effective Systems Innovations conducted a staffing analysis of our programs. Sharon worked collaboratively with the leadership team to design and implement the Workforce Development Initiative which served to reinvent the program's recruitment, hiring and retention strategies. ESI's consulting engagement and ongoing support has been instrumental in helping my agency achieve our mission and performance outcomes.

Sharon has exceptional organizational, writing, and presentation skills. She recently conducted a system analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning project for the Nevada Department of Corrections. Sharon was the PREA auditor hired by the Vermont's Family Services Division to audit its juvenile justice facilities including two adolescent group homes. She was professional and thorough throughout this process. She provided detailed feedback on agency and program policies and procedures we created or revised to comply with PREA. She made herself available to discuss any questions or concerns we had. While demanding, she was always positive and encouraging.
